Admissions

Our hospitals is JCAHO accredited.

Our Admissions Coordinator is available throughout the day to receive referrals and to provide additional information about our programs and services.  Tours of the facility are encouraged and can be arranged with the Admissions Coordinator.

Once a referral is initiated, a Nurse Liaison will contact you within 24 hours, to schedule an assessment, meet with the referring physician or health professional caring for the patient, and/or meet with the patient and their family to determine the patient's functional ability and desired goals.
